Terms and Services

These are both my adopt tos and the species tos. Reading this is mandatory and you will be required to have written consent to these rules. Breaking them will result in legal action!

WishWing TOS

WishWings are an original closed species designed by Shiro-san. You may NOT create one without my permission.>You must credit me as the original creator of the species.>You may adjust the palette of an adopt ONLY ONCE after you buy it. The recolor must be approved by me first though! (If you resell a wishwing the new buyer is allowed a single palette change.)>You are not allowed to trade event myos or custom tickets for more than what was originally paid.>You may not sell myos or adopts for more than what was originally paid! The sole exception of this is if there is extra commissioned art. (If you received a design as a gift its value (including all extra art) is set to 0$)>When trading or selling designs, you must inform me of the new owner. (It's highly recommended to provide proof of the design's validity.)>You will be required to have written consent to these terms when purchasing a design or myo. Please note that adopts require agreement to both these terms and my adopts tos.

Adopts Terms and Services

>You must credit me for the creation of the design and any art I drew as well. Art drawn by other users should be credited to them and the design should be credited to me.>If any TOS rules are violated, including Wishwing terms if applicable, the design will lose all monetary value and the rulebreaker will not be allowed to do any business with me regarding adopts and commissions. They will also be publicly blacklisted.>All designs are for personal uses only and may NOT be used to gain a profit of any sorts.>Designs may only be resold at the value they were purchased at or lower. If sent as a gift the value is set to 0$.>Please inform me of any trades to help clarify issues and prevent any issues of stolen art or unfair deals.>If any charge backs are filed against me your design is instantly revoked and your request for a refund will not be acknowledged.>By agreeing to these terms you accept that you are willing to face all legal action against you and understand the consequences of violating any of these clauses.

Commission TOS

>All art commissioned here is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are NOT allowed to gain any profit off of my art. If you wish to purchase art for commercial use please use this e-mail([email protected]) and contact me where I will discuss business prices.>If I receive a chargeback from you for any reason you will be publicly blacklisted and I will revoke the rights to your art. Please talk to me first if you have an issue! I'm certain things can be worked out peacefully!>You are to pay full price upfront. When sending payment please include a note stating your username and what reason you are sending the money. Please make sure to select GOODS AND SERVICES with NO ADDRESS NEEDED! Refunds will ONLY be given if I have not started your commission.>While the character may belong to you, the art itself still is mine and I will display it anywhere I desire, if you wish to have your commission be private it will be an extra 5$ charge.>Once you purchase a commission you are free to use it in any non profit way as long as you properly credit me. You are also allowed to make prints, posters, keychains, etc with my art as long as it's for your use only and is not being sold. (It is HIGHLY recommended to use a watermark when posting any of my art to prevent art theft.)>I require a visual reference to use. If you have only a written description it will count as a custom design and add an additional 30% to the commission cost.>I have complete rights to refuse your request if I feel uncomfortable or don't like your character.
